Baobab tree commission
I have a love/hate relationship with commisions.
It is so much more difficult to paint to the expectations of someone else than your own. I dread the start and as I make progress I love it more and more and this commision was no different. :-)
The painting of the Baobab tree is to hang next to the painting below and the colours had to match. Thank goodness I make notes when I paint!
The client is happy with both paintings and so am I. :-)
